米Microsoftは2月19日（現地時間）、クラシック版「Outlook」アプリで新たな問題が発生していることを明らかにした。ウィンドウ上にマウスポインターを移動させると、カーソルが消えることがあるという。

Bleeping Computerは2月23日(米国時間)、従来のOutlook(Outlook classic)を使用するとマウスポインターが消える可能性があると報じた。マウスポインターが消えても機能しており、メッセージリストの上にポインターが移動するとメールの色が変わるという。
