今回のアップデートで、OSがAndroid 16にアップデートされ、操作性や機能性が向上する。また、3.7GHzなどの広帯域な5G周波数を利用している際は、画面上の表示が「5G＋」になるほか、セキュリティパッチレベルが2025年11月に更新される。

2026 年 2 月 11 日（水）前後、Android デバイス向けに「Google Play システム アップデート」が配信。今回の「Google Play システム アップデート」適用後、特にステータスは変わらず［更新日: 2025 年 11 月 1 日］のまま。単に日付表記自体の不具合と予想されるも、今のところ Google から公式な発表などはなし。
