パレットは、障がいのある方々が“生まれ育った地域で、当たり前に働ける社会”を目指し、日々の支援を積み重ねてまいりました。今回の視察を機に、県や市、そして地域企業の皆さまとともに、官民連携による 『地域に根付いた障がい者雇用のインフラ』 をさらに強化し、誰もが安心して働ける環境づくりに貢献していきたいと考えています。
