Google、デスクトップ版「Chrome」新機能として、PDF ファイルの「Google ドライブ」ダイレクト保存機能を展開。ブラウザで表示している PDF ファイルを、「Google ドライブ」アイコンからダイレクトに「Google ドライブ」に保存できる機能。PDF を一旦ローカルにダウンロードする必要なく、ダイレクトに「Google ドライブ」に保存可能に。

Google Chromeで、「分割ビュー」、PDFの「アノテーション（注釈）」および「Googleドライブへの保存」が正式機能となった。ダウンロードやアプリの切り替えを減らし、情報収集から資料確認まで、幅広く作業効率を底上げする新機能である。
