TEETER TOTTER UPDATE: this little booger girl has the sweetest spirit. She is trying to use the litter box, which is huge. She is fluffy so you can't see how skinny she is. Her foster Mom says Teeter Totter is skin and bones. She has some neurological issues which likely so she likely will always be shaky and may also why her feet are shapped the way they are. Very similar to cerebral palsy in people. She has 0 muscle in her leg so her foster Mom is working daily with her to build up those muscl
